The Ekspozita Building, set to rise in the heart of Tirana, Albania, will be a 93-meter mixed-use development featuring commercial, residential, and public spaces.

Tirana's Rock is a mixed-use highrise building located in Tirana, Albania. Designed by MVRDV, the tower will stand at its completion at 89 meters (297 ft) high divided into 26 floors, and will include residential, commercial, and office spaces.

Designed by Stefano Boeri Architetti, Tirana’s first Vertical Forest stands in the city centre, near the Great Park. The new building, sharing one wall with an existing building, “opens like a flower” towards the city through the remaining three sides which host 3,200 plants and shrubs along with 145 trees.

Set in front of Tirana’s beautiful artificial lake, the Lake View Residences are a new way of  living in Tirana. The project offers top class specifications and amenities.The new community is home to 600 elegantly designed apartments, 950 spacious parking spaces and a number of lifestyle amenities, spanning across 129,000 m2.
